Nessie’s Revenge is an extreme water slide at the World Waterpark.
An original icon in the park, its simple yet fast ride will often surprise sliders who may not expect such an intense experience.
The slide features no turns or curves, only three drops – similar to what is often seen on large carpeted slides at traveling carnivals (or at Edmonton’s permanent outdoor K-Days slide).
Sliders who wish to, may lie down and experience periods of ‘airtime’, particularly at the final drop. The slide ends in a splashdown pool which was formerly shared with the original Sky Screamer.
The slide, which is purple today, was formerly tan colored, the color which is still seen on the Howler and Twister.
