The Cyclone is a looping, extreme water slide at West Edmonton Mall’s World Waterpark.

Built by the same company which built Canada’s first indoor waterslide, WhiteWater of Richmond BC, the slide shares the honor of tallest slide at the World Waterpark with the Twister. Both slides share the same loading platform at the top of the parks tower of slides.

The slide features a vertical trap door which must be used in order to slide. Sliders fall through the door, and then back up around the loop (though they never turn upside down, it acts as more of a hill than a loop), before landing in the splash area shared with the Sky Screamer Extreme.
